Our Services

Rental: Especially during the summer months, domestic and foreign vacationers prefer to spend a more comfortable vacation in villas and apartments that belong to themselves during their whole vacation, that have all materials and equipment sufficient for the number of accommodating individuals and that optionally have exclusive swimming pools; instead of having the burden of complying to the rules of hotels and boarding houses and accommodating in crowded establishments.

When you are far from your home, your villa or apartment may be rented out for weekly or longer periods. For such a rental, we may organize all of the necessary works related to the cleaning and preparation of the residence, its delivery to the tenant, the controls at the end of the rent period and the reception of the residence and we may also inform you by means of detailed reports.

Security Checks & Controls: Performance of the security checks & controls and ventilation of your residence for weekly or monthly periods for preventing undesirable incidents such as breakdowns, water leaks and infestation (We also perform non-routine controls after bad weather conditions.)

Gardening and pool maintenance: Performance of all the works necessary for your garden such as watering, pruning, fertilizing, cleaning, re-planting, maintaining, cleaning your pool and imposing chemicals into the pool water for daily or weekly periods according to the season by our professional team.

Care & Maintenance, Repair, Modification and Renewal: Performance of all technical issues such as repair, renewal, water and electric installation works, interior and exterior painting and varnishing works, furniture and decoration related works and removal of swimming pool defects that you demand to fulfill in your residence, by our professional team.

Interior Cleaning: Cleaning of whole interior spaces of your residence by our team, both when you are at home and before you arrive home.

Laundering: Collecting your all laundries from your residence, and delivering again to your residence after the washing and ironing processes in a laundry plant.

Welcome Package: Preparing and delivering to your residence all the stuff in your shopping list that you will send to us before the arrival of your guests.

Paying the bills of electricity, water, phone, ADSL (internet) and annual taxes,

The prices of Home Management Services start from annual TL 900 for Villas and annual TL 500 for Apartments and vary for each residence according to the dimensions and the locations.
